AOP's Mission.
You can make a difference!

AOP will foster public-private partnership in education, training & governance, share best practices from China & the US, and promote India as the Knowledge Capital of the World. If you believe in the AOP objectives please join us as soon as you can. We have no time to waste.

India has it. You have it. And together we can, and must, make a difference!

We must ensure that our children acquire fluency in English, right from Class I. This does not mean that we achieve it at the cost of our Mother Tongue. Indians are capable of learning both… and be No.1!

The Power of India!

Are you committed to celebrate and promote the rise of Indian talent. Wouldn't you like to instill a sense of pride in the Power of India? Then join the AOP.

India is the undisputed IT & BPO Capital of the world. Over 75% of the best software firms are located in India. It's fast becoming the KPO Capital of the world. IT exports have created millions of direct and even more indirect jobs. Every metro is experiencing a real estate housing boom. Travel, tourism, leisure, consumer goods demand is picking up and the economy is steadily growing.

While the going is good, the country is facing several problems. First, the infrastructure has not kept pace with the development. While the private buildings of companies are well designed, the roads are not able to bear the increased traffic. Second, this business requires trained manpower and world-class institutions. India has less than 10 IITs for a population of 100 crore people. Both the central government and the state government must liberalize the education sector and get encourage private investment. Third, we are gradually giving away our last competitive advantage to China.

That advantage is India's English-speaking manpower. China is fast catching up. They have 30,000 English training schools. They have made it compulsory for even taxi drivers to learn English or else their license will be cancelled. Our politicians preach one and practice another. They don't want poor children to study English despite their own children going to English medium schools. Once the Chinese acquire English fluency, the jobs may migrate to China.

You can make a difference!

If we do not improve our infrastructure and have more trained manpower, the Power of India might decline. We should not be committing the same mistake that China committed in the 14th century. In spite of inventing the blast furnace, spinning mill, printing press, they gave away the advantage. Britain which discovered these 400 years later was allowed to herald the first industrial revolution in the world. China's mistake was tight controls and bureaucracy. Is India committing the same mistake?

AOP will foster public-private partnership in education, training & governance, share best practices from China & the US, and promote India as the Knowledge Capital of the World. If you believe in the AOP objectives please join us as soon as you can. We have no time to waste.

India has it. You have it. And together we can, and must, make a difference!
